Necessary items- every species needs an aviary
Shown here are a variety of equipment, cages and aviaries used by wildlife carers. Below right is a 'chook tractor' used for raising ground birds like ducklings and curlews and pheasant coucals. You will need both indoor and outdoor cages/aviaries. Birds need to learn to fly, and possums to climb and leap. Kangaroos and wallabies need a fenced area away from domestic pets. All species use caring baskets.
