Possum and Foraging Workshop – 9th April – 9 am until 11 am
There will be a Possum workshop held on the 9th of April, between 9 am and 11. Come prepared to go for a walk to learn about how to forage for your possums and what trees to look for (weather permitting). Beverley will be running this workshop.
Carers will need to arrive by 8.50 am for walking at 9.00. Morning tea and tea/coffee/water will be available on return from the walk, which will take around one hour.

Directions; Take the Ipswich Rd towards Ipswich, turn off at the Warrego Hwy towards Toowoomba, take the Mt. Crosby turnoff, go around the roundabout and back over the bridge, through the second roundabout and turn right at the third roundabout into Junction Road. Stay on Junction Rd to very end (read the signs – it does a lot of right and left hand turns when the other road goes on). Last right hand turn it takes it becomes Islandview St. Beverley’s house is third on the right, first house without a fence, has six garages. You can park in the driveway or on the verge.
Macropod Workshop – 9th April – 11.30 am until 1.30 pm
There will be a Macropod workshop held on the 9th of April, between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm. This workshop will be run by Kerry and Wayne Johnston.

Bird Workshop - 9th April – 2 pm until 4 pm
There will be a Bird workshop held on the 9th April – 2 pm until 4 pm. Tara and Beverley will be running this workshop. Basic identification of birds and feeding will be covered.
Carers interested in attending the possum and/or macropod workshop on the same morning are invited to bring a plate to share for nibbles.

Flying Fox Workshop – 18th April – 9 am until 11 pm
Basic care and information on raising bats. If you are serious about doing bats next season you must attend. This workshop will be run by Dee and Gill. It is being held at 32 Dornoch Cres. Ferny Grove. Contact Gill on 3351 4541 or Dee 3206 8165 to book.

This workshop is being run by Len from BIRO. It will be held at Brisbane Forest Park Head Quarters, 60 Mt. Nebo Road, The Gap. Reptile Workshop – 27TH May - 6 pm until 8 pm
